"I had an afternoon solo — so I took a chance and combined the Hidden Gems Tour and the Food Tour. It was a great call! Driss was very professional. He contacted me via WhatsApp before I even left on my trip to confirm with me and give me some advice about my bookings. Driss truly seemed to know everyone — he was greeted by so many people, and he greeted many himself. It could have been awkward, being by myself, but it wasn’t. He made great conversation and spoke excellent English. The food was wonderful! The fried sardines and the “meat jerky” khleer (sounds like clear) were my favorite. But goat cheese tasting and the camel meatball sandwich (whatever its name is, I don’t know) were great as well. He would see a cart or a vendor as be like “Have you tried this?” Driss was able to recommend a hammam and show me there. I would absolutely recommend Driss. I felt safe, looked after, comfortable, and like he was interested in me enjoying myself."
