"We had an amazing afternoon with Sofia. A proud Oaxacan, Sofia gave us so much information, particularly about the food but also lots of general information about Oaxaca and the Oaxacan region. She took us to places we would have been too timid to go ourselves - we wouldn't have known what to order, and we don't speak Spanish. All the food we tried was delicious, and it was a lovely private tour with just the 2 of us and Sofia. It felt like a combination walking + food tour. We did it in the afternoon and only needed a piece of fruit for dinner that evening! Thank you Sofia for a wonderful afternoon. We enjoyed your company and appreciated your knowledge. "I highly recommend booking Carlos for this tour! He took us to some great places for traditional and tasty Oaxaca treats. We had actually already spent 3 days in Oaxaca before we did this trip and we were a little worried we’d already tried the food and wouldn’t experience anything new, but we were so wrong!
