"Ai set up a culinary and cultural experience that was well beyond what I expected. We tried a wide variety of food at three different restaurants in an area of Tokyo that would be difficult for a tourist to figure out in their own. She was an excellent teacher and your guide, explaining both the food, the restaurant, the culture behind the izakaya experience, and nearly any other question I had about Tokyo.
