"Thank you so much Gerald for a great first day in Tokyo! Gerald was great, pivoting our meeting place right from the get go and finding us when we got lost. He showed us around a number of great places to eat and shop, even visiting a temple and ticking off some tourist sights along the way. He thoughtfully catered to our child’s interests, and was fun and easy to chat to. We departed after just a couple of hours with a confident list of places to visit and eat at for the week ahead. We took photos and dropped pins in Google Maps so we knew where we wanted to head back to. Just what we needed in such an overwhelmingly awesome city! "

"We had the most incredible tour today with Sena, who met us in Shibuya and immediately made us feel welcome. She created a personalised experience that perfectly catered to the interests of our teenagers, which made such a difference. Sena guided us effortlessly through Shibuya and Harajuku, showing us so many hidden gems and experiences we never would have discovered on our own. Both our 15-year-old son and 14-year-old daughter had an absolute blast — which says everything! Sena has such a natural, easygoing manner and is genuinely kind and friendly. "We spent many hours over two days with our wonderful guide Carlos. Friendly, knowledgeable and full of fun, we traversed Tokyo taking in the cherry blossoms , the parks, city highlights, travelled on the trains and metro, taxis and doing lots of walking and talking. Carlos tailored our tours to our wishes , we ate little snacks at his favourite haunts and were so impressed with his broad knowledge of history and etiquette. We learned a lot and had such fun. We would have no problem in recommending you spend some time in Tokyo with Carlos. "
