"We had a few hrs. to stroll in Osaka. Fay met us at the cruise terminal and help us navigate the metro system. She was attentive, personable and informative. She communicated with us before hand to tailor our experience. A combination of traditional and modern Osaka. Shinto shrines, food, shopping and photos opportunities. Explanations and narratives were concise. Good English communicator."

"Maria took us to the Shinsekai area where we tried fabulous fried chicken skewers, award winning gyoza and local stuffed pancakes. We also visited the dotonbori district and visited part of an original temple there. We were a family, 3 generations, and a one year old. Maria was patient and took a slow pace to suit us all, highly recommend!"
