"Simone was our guide for a 5 hour tour of Osaka. Our request to him was that we do not do anything touristy. (Except for the Castle). And he delivered on our request like we could not have expected. Took us to portions of the city that survived the bombings and explained the history of the city. Took us to a local market frequented only by locals. We bought produce from a booth and they were so excited to meet foreigners as they do not get any at that location. Lunch was at this family business he knew that we would not have been able to find on our own. Amazing food and atmosphere. Allowed us time to explore shops that we saw along the way. But more important, it was great conversation about Osaka, life in Japan, culture, entertainment, etc. He immersed you not only into the tour but Japan in general. His sense of humor made the tour that much more fun as well. If I could give more stars I would! Looking forward to our next trip so we can utilize him again. And will recommend him to our friends travelling there as well."

"This was me and my friends first trip to japan. The nerves was bad on how we will get around the city and how we will avoid places that sold food with seafood ingredients (my friend was allergic) Hiroki helped greatly with any issue's that we had. He answered all of our questions to the best of his knowledge and if he didn't have an immediate answer he would look into it and have gotten back with us on it. He made the tour very enjoyable and fun. He got to know us and we got to know him, everything was genuine. If you are looking for a really fun experience I highly recommend Hiroki. We will be back to japan and we will be relying on Hiroki again when we return, Bye for now."

Great introduction to Osaka with Simone
"We had a wonderful time touring Osaka with Simone. What a personable guide! He was truly indefatigable considering that it was an unbelievably hot day at 95 degrees Fahrenheit. He kept up a running dialog about all the sights he shared with us and it was clear he had a real love for Japan and was eager to share the special places of Osaka with us. We never felt rushed and he was so attentive to our needs, especially my wife who had some trouble with the heat. Very highly recommended!!"
