She also led me down a tucked-away alley decorated with murals depicting Osaka’s history—something I easily would have walked past without ever knowing it was there. When it came to food, she made sure I experienced Osaka’s classics like takoyaki and kushiage, but the standout was maguro nakaochi—something I’d never heard of before and, without question, the best tuna I’ve ever had. Fay was an outstanding guide, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a solo traveler. She’s knowledgeable, flexible, easy to spend time with, and genuinely passionate about what she does. I would not hesitate to recommend Fay to anyone visiting Osaka who wants a truly personalized, memorable, and—most of all—fun experience."
