"I decided to do a guided tour of the Pantheon to get the most out of it, although I was a little worried it would be overkill after having done tours of the Vatican, colosseum, and forum. I thought my wife would be on tour overloaded and the my in laws would be bored since they had seen it before. Turns out my wife loved it the best of our tours. My in laws told me multiple times that their previous visit was not informative and they weren’t particularly impressed but the tour with Pietro Paulo really opened their eyes the amazingness of the Pantheon. In particular we loved the visual aids he showed us, the pictures of the sun shining through at different times and the historical pictures of the Pantheon. We love this tour with Pietro Paolo and highly recommend it. We left thoroughly impressed with the engineering feat that is the Pantheon. "
"We'd been to the Colosseum before and just wanted a tour of the forum and palatine hill, in order to gain more insight into some of the ruins than we might have just wandering by ourselves, especially since we aren't Italian. Cecilia was perfect for this, sharing many interesting historical details in perfect English, and taking us around to some of the quieter areas there. "Lia was a very nice tour guide who is super knowledgeable about the topics she talked about during our Roman Forum and Palatine Hill tour. She can go super deep into details which was good for me but a little too much for my wife at times. You just need to give her some feedback, which she asks for, to adjust the content. We learned a lot of the history or Rome and the Forum. This is best suited for a more in depth tour vs a selfie photoshoot light tour that some may be looking for. She is an archeologist and passionate about her work and going into detail. We enjoyed the experience and be sure to reiterate by email the day prior, if you have any specific things you want to see or priorities you have during the tour. "

"We hired Cecilia for a Colosseum and Hidden Gems Tour for our family with two teenage kids. It during the July heat wave with temperatures pushing 100 F. Despite the extreme heat, Cecilia did a fantastic job of explaining the Colosseum, pointing out hidden facts, and doing her best at keeping everyone cool. Cecilia was kind, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. However what separates Cecilia from other guides is her degree of preparation. Cecilia had a binder filled with visual aids that she used at several of the major stops to show what the colosseum looked like during its early days.
