"Valeria is lovely and professional. We enjoyed the tour and found her dealings with us before and during the tour effortlessly. However, our twins are 10 years old and I feel the scavenger hunt element was too young for them. I think there needs to be 2 options - this one for up to age 8 and then another one that is more challenging for older kids. I also wish there was more time devoted to the Forum. At least another 30 mins could be added to this tour as it felt very rushed. Overall, I would recommend this tour. "
