"Our family of 6 took a day trip from Rome to Pompeii and hired Roberto as our guide. The whole experience was wonderful!! Roberto is an excellent communicator. He was available from the time we booked. He helped me navigate how to purchase train tickets, provided the link to purchase advance tickets for Pompeii, and even arranged for a private driver to pick us up from the train station. Our train was delayed an hour and both Roberto and our driver were very understanding and accommodating. The tour was fantastic. Walking through Pompeii with an archaeologist was an exceptional experience. Having worked on the site himself, he is a wealth of interesting information.
