He was amazing with our teenage children, guiding them through the preparation and keeping them entertained with eloquent stories of history of Roman culinary art. We also got some amazing tips for day-to-day cooking. And, of course, the food was excellent! Highly recommend the experience! "

"I'm never ever going to buy ready made pasta sauce now that we learned from Massimo how easy and fun is to cook a delicious three course meal from scratch in no time. Me my wife and my 12, 15 and 24 y/o children had a blast cooking together with massimo and learning in the mean time about ingredients, history and bits and pieces of fun information. A couple of days after our "cooking lesson" we tried at home and made the most delicious Carbonara by ourselves. Cooking is fun and is a good way to spend family time.
