"My friends and I were honored to join Francesca and her sister in creating a lovely dinner at their home. As soon as we met them, we were instantly drawn in by their warm welcome and adorable home. My friends and I were looking for something to make us feel apart of the Italian culture and this dinner was the perfect fit. We shared laughs, stories, and were able to make a delicious meal between strangers who made us feel at home. I am so excited to take these recipes and share them with family in Florida. They gave us great tips and really taught us how to create our dinner in a fun way. If you are ever in Milan and looking for something fun to do, this is definitely what you’re looking for. "

"My wife and I took a pizza making class with Armondo, he was very personable and friendly. We had a great couple hours and were able to taste our creations. Learned that pizza dough and Focaccia dough are very similar but Focaccia dough takes 24 hours so not possible for a 2-hour class. "

Francesca and her sister were so lovely and welcoming, and we had so much fun talking with them. We learned to make fresh pasta, and my family really enjoyed getting to use the "guitar" tool! From the moment my friend and I stepped into her home, we were welcomed with open arms, creating an atmosphere that felt both inviting and safe. It's not every day you enter a stranger's home and feel as comfortable as you would in your own kitchen, but Francesca made that happen effortlessly. She allowed us to choose the dishes we wanted to prepare, tailoring the experience to our preferences (tagliatele with fresh pesto, eggplant parmegiano and tiramisu). This not only made the class more enjoyable but also ensured that we were learning and creating dishes we were genuinely excited about. She guided us through each step of the cooking process with a calm demeanor, answering questions and providing helpful tips along the way. The food was absolutely delicious ! Meeting Francesca was truly a pleasure, and her passion for cooking and teaching is shone through every moment. I can wholeheartedly say that this cooking class comes highly recommended. "Before the booking, it was really easy to talk to her about our desired menu incl allergies/alternatives and she always responded very quickly. Francesca is such a sweet and caring person - when entering her beautiful home, you immediately felt like visiting a friend instead of „a cooking class with a stranger“. Everything was ready and set up and we were able to start cooking (with a glass of wine :)) right away. She explained everything nicley and responded to our questions very patiently.
