"Our tour of the V&A with Luciana was fun, informative and interesting. We were a group of 8 American adults most of whom had never been to the V&A so I asked her to hit the highlights and show us her favorite objects. It was a real home run for everyone involved!! She started with a brief history of the building and its architecture then toured us through the obvious highlights while hitting on some obscure objects along the way. Little surprises around every corner! Several in the group are not enthusiastic about museums in general, but I had a hunch a good tour guide could change their tune - and it worked.
