V&A Highlights
"Our tour of the V&A with Luciana was fun, informative and interesting. We were a group of 8 American adults most of whom had never been to the V&A so I asked her to hit the highlights and show us her favorite objects. It was a real home run for everyone involved!! She started with a brief history of the building and its architecture then toured us through the obvious highlights while hitting on some obscure objects along the way. Little surprises around every corner! Several in the group are not enthusiastic about museums in general, but I had a hunch a good tour guide could change their tune - and it worked. Our whole group texted me after the tour to admit that they learned a lot from Luciana and couldn’t wait to recommend her to friends. Great job Luciana!!!"

As a bonus, she also shared fantastic recommendations for shopping in London, pointing me toward unique spots that perfectly matched my taste. It was such a thoughtful extra touch that made the experience extend beyond the museum itself. She followed up by texting us helpful a list!
