"We had an outstanding tour of the British Museum with Rosa, and she was easily one of the best guides we’ve ever had anywhere in the world. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and it was clear right away that she knows the museum inside and out. You can tell she spends a lot of time there and truly loves what she does. What made the tour so special was the way she brought everything to life. She didn’t just explain the artifacts, she gave them meaning. She provided the historical background, explained why certain pieces matter, and helped us understand how to look at them in a deeper way. Every stop felt interesting and worthwhile because she gave us the bigger picture behind what we were seeing. We spent about three hours with her, and honestly, it still didn’t feel like enough time. The museum is enormous, and going with a guide is absolutely the best way to experience it. Without someone like Rose, it would be easy to feel overwhelmed or miss many of the highlights. She knew exactly how to navigate the museum efficiently and made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. On top of all that, she has a great sense of humor, was warm and flexible, and constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We would absolutely book with her again if we return to London for a part two or part three of the museum. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend without hesitation."

"We booked a private tour in London specifically for our kids, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip. Our guide, Jenoe, was absolutely incredible. She brought London’s history to life in a way that completely captivated the kids—from the legends of the ravens at the Tower of London to the unforgettable (and still talked about!) story about the bus driver at Tower Bridge. She mixed in just the right amount of storytelling, hidden spots, and even a little Harry Potter magic, which made everything feel fun and engaging rather than like a typical “tour.” What really stood out was how amazing she was with the kids. She answered all of their questions, kept them interested the entire time, and even had them noticing things like how to spot a Christopher Wren church just by its windows. They still talk about what they learned to this day. Despite a very wet morning, she was so accommodating—making sure we could take breaks when needed and even helping us warm up with a coffee along the way. We booked this for the kids, but honestly, we learned just as much and loved every minute of it. If you’re visiting London with children, I can’t recommend Jenoe enough. This wasn’t just a tour—it was an experience they’ll remember for years."
