"I traveled to Copenhagen with my two teenage children and Claudio was our guide for The 10 Tastings of Copenhagen. It was a wonderful experience! Claudio modified the tour so that my teenagers could also have a great time. He even modified the start location for the tour so it was closer to our hotel. He took us around the city and told many stories about the history of both Copenhagen and Denmark, including many stories about the food history. We loved all the food and drink that he chose for the tour. He even shared his own personal recipe for the Frikadelle that we all enjoyed.
