"We had an amazing time on our food tour you will not leave hungry and I can eat a lot. Dude was great she had personal ties to all the food you’re gonna try and have you some great history of the city!
I have don’t a lot of food tour throughout the world and I always hope I will get shown food I otherwise would not get in my own. And this is exactly what we got! We were given a variety of foods and enjoyed them all a lot.

"Dubravka is friendly, knowledgeable about the area and made my husband and I feel like we were walking around the city with a friend. The food choices were a wide selection of places from savory meats to sweet snacks. She was open to changes on foods to accommodate allergies or preferences. Highly recommend doing this tour in the beginning of your trip to learn the city a little and see a variety of places you may not know or try on a first or second visit to Split. Arrive hungry! "

" I love to eat in every country I travel to. Now so many big cities have multiple places to eat & drink it’s hard to choose even if you have extensively researched the subject. This is the way to go. Like being with Anthony Bourdain….sort of!
Darko is very personable & we had lively conversations on politics, music & Croatian culture. Altho some people might find this a little pricey…..I’m just 1 instead of a party….it was worth it to me. You get what you pay for!"

It was worth the cost for a private tour as he was able to cater it to our dietary preferences, and even arrange some unique experiences to make the most of our time. He also shared some brief history along the way giving us more than just a good tour. It was the best way to see the city and it was clear he had some great connections with the locals also giving us recommendations for the rest if our trip.
