Here’s an overview of your tour
Welcoming all wine lovers! Wine is a huge part of Italian culture; we only produce the best. I want to show you the beautiful Frascati wine region just outside of Rome. Here you will be able to sample wine from four of my favorite wineries in Italy.
I'll pick you up in a taxi wherever you like in Rome. After a short 30-minute drive, we'll reach the gorgeous & charming village of Frascati. One thing we have to do is to visit the ancient Roman town, Tusculum. It's located on top of a hill, so you'll get the most breath-taking views of the entire region.
It's wine-tasting time! You'll sample superb wines from 2 local wineries in Frascati. These include Cesanese, Malvasia di Candia, and a Merlot from both elegant brand new wineries to older, more traditional ones. One thing I will promise you is that they're all delicious!
After a first tasting, we'll stop for lunch in a very authentic Italian restaurant. What's on the menu? Well, it's not really Italian if it's not pasta! Enjoy fantastic home-made pasta with the most delicious sauces. If you have any dietary requirements, it's not a problem. Just let me know! The lunch isn't included in th price.
We'll finish your Frascati day trip with the second wine-tasting at the restaurant, served during your personalized lunch. You'll be able to enjoy gorgeous views of the Eternal City here.
