Farmers Market and Cooking Together in Pigneto

Do you really want to know the secrets of Rome? Far from the tourist places, come and try the real and tasty food of the Romans at Sara's house!

And it's not over here... you'll be living the experience as a local, going to the farmers' market and local shops in search of the best ingredients and cooking with me your meal! Once at home, you will have to roll up the sleeves and start cooking!

Moreover, walking through the streets of my neighborhood, I will explain the history and the curiosities of the area, so you can live your experience just like a local.

My apartment is located in Pigneto, in a lively neighborhood 15 minutes far from the old town (metro C stop Pigneto)! It's an area inhabited by ordinary people as well as artists and artisans, full of life at every hour of the day, from the morning farmers' market until the evening with great venues, concerts, aperitifs and much more!

Come at my place for lunch or for dinner.

Remember that the market is open only till 1 pm mon-sat.

You can find the best Roman cousine instantly made for you and you will learn the chef secrets of the best carbonara or tiramisù!

3 courses meal (that can become a 4 course one or more, according to your appetite and request!):

- Taste of different starters: porchetta, different kind of bruschette (i will teach you the best ones!), a variety of cheeses and special charcuterie I cannot tell you! You will discover them once in Pigneto!

- Pasta (different kind of pasta like amatriciana, puttanesca, cacio e pepe) or a second course (like saltimbocca alla romana, hunting chicken and much more..).

- Dessert (like tiramisù or others) / fruits

- Coffee /digestive liquor or limoncello

Vegetarian options available, as well as special menu for any allergy (like milk or gluten). Kids under 6 years old free of charge!

If you have special requests or need I am be happy to customise your experience.

For example if you like we can also add to the meal a longer TOUR IN PIGNETO NEIGHBOURHOOD, full of street art works, markets, venues and historical and yummy ice cream shots!
