"Senyo graciously offered to meet us at the port. During our three hour tour, he gave us an exceptional overview of Nagasaki and made the entire experience unforgettable. His knowledge of the city’s history, culture, and hidden gems was incredible, and he shared everything with genuine passion and warmth. Senyo balanced the major historical sites with local insights we never would have discovered on our own. What really stood out was how thoughtful and engaging he was throughout the tour — always smiling, attentive, happy to answer questions, and eager to tailor the experience to our interests. His insight brought Nagasaki’s unique history to life in a way that was both moving and fascinating. "We booked a 10 tasting tour with Senyo. He arranged to meet us from our cruise ship rather than the usual meeting place, which was very helpful. He took us on a very interesting and informative tour of Nagasaki and included a few stops offs for some local food sampling. The food was interesting but what stood out for us was the great places that Senyo knew about and took us to. He was a very engaging person and was happy to talk about the culture of Japan and Japanese people as well as our own cultures. Our tour included a ride on a tram (at our expense but very cheap) and a return to cruise ship by cab. This meant that our route could incorporate some great sights without the tour needing too much walking. Senyo was very attentive to our needs and requirements throughout and made sure we had a safe and enjoyable tour. Thank you Senyo for a great experience which we will remember for years and we would thoroughly recommend your tour."

"Senyo made our day in Nagasaki a real treat. Even though it was raining for much of the day, he was able to take us around to some incredible local eateries, shrines, temples, and lookouts. His knowledge of the area, foods, and local customs allowed us to experience Nagasaki's sights and cuisine in a way that we never could have on our own. Senyo was courteous and funny, and really bonded with our son (who is on the spectrum). He adapted our itinerary on the fly to show us locations my son noticed and asked about, as well as to meet my son's sensory needs. All in all, we had a wonderful day and I highly recommend Senyo to anyone looking to experience Nagasaki in way you only can with a local."

At the start we said that we would be doing the atomic bomb museum and surrounds the following day which he hadn’t expected but very quickly he changed his planned tour and we saw so many interesting parts of Nagasaki that we would not have seen, parts of which we knew nothing about. "We had the most wonderful tour of Nagasaki with Princess, who is such a knowledgeable, warm and friendly guide. In just three hours, she helped us see and understand so much more than we ever could have found on our own. We learned about the atomic bombing of 1945 — a sobering part of Nagasaki’s history — and visited the Peace Park, a beautiful and moving place dedicated to remembrance and hope. From there, we went up to the top of a tower for an incredible view of the city, 19 floors up. Princess also took us to a hidden temple and shrines tucked away at the top of the Chinese Quarter — a spot so secret that even some locals don’t know it exists! We travelled around on trams and buses (with drivers who could give Nigel Mansell a run for his money!) and enjoyed every moment. It was the perfect balance of history, local insight, and fun — and all delivered with Princess’s warm personality and passion for her city. We left with a much deeper appreciation of Nagasaki and some truly special memories. Highly recommended! 🌸 "
