"Jessica was an absolutely amazing guide around all of the best spots to eat and drink around Fukuoka. Every spot we went felt authentic and didn't feel touristy at all. We tried local favorites, stopping in both restaurants and food stalls along the river. It was an absolutely unforgettable evening and I would highly recommend touring with Jessica if you stop in Fukuoka. "

"Jessica took Yvonne and I on a local bar/izakaya/yakitori tour. Because it was raining steadily, we focused on indoor establishments within a short walking distance. Jessica is very familiar with local specialties and introduced us unique items that we were unlikely to discover on our own. She also tailored the menu to our tastes, accomodating my desire to try different types of sake and shochu, as well as Yvonne's desire for various types of seafood and preparations. The establishments themselves catered primarily to local residents, and we did not envounter other tourists. Jessica is fun, a good conversationalist, very knowledgeable about anime and local culture in general, with excellent people skills."

"The two of us had a super morning with Josh, exploring the coast and countryside nearby Fukuoka. He loves this area and so did we. After two weeks travelling around Shikoku and Kyushu it was amazing, really cool beaches/coast/cafes on the Itoshima peninsula. Josh can take all the photos for you too, he’s a pro! "

"Where do I start. Josh deserves to be paid so so much money for what he does. I can't stress this enough because the service he gives is exceptional. Such a genuine person both my husband and I was blown away. It made us wish we was in fukuoka forever because it honestly was that enjoyable. It was hard to say goodbye. Josh also took (photography photos of us this wasn't apart of the package we wasn't expecting this at all!!! 🥹) It meant so much to us this is our honeymoon and last time we got photos like this was our wedding four years ago and engagement photos. He took us to one of his favorite local bakery (love supporting local businesses)🥰the food was amazing!!! He also took us to another local business on a strawberry farm done by the strawberry farm one of there milkshakes so good?!! 😍My husband doesn't like strawberry but he loved the milkshake so that says something 🥰. We went to three locations one is a temple and then a lookout view point that I've dreamt of going and we got to see people glide down to the beach that wasn't planned and also awesome 🥰😍. I forgot some of the names but Josh will mention them in the comment. When we went to raizan temple this was magical. It felt like we was in a different realm. And then at the end we was greeted by the temple cat 😍🥲🥹. All day I was surrounded by butterflies and we was lucky to see dragon fly to. We heard frogs at the temples as well and we got to be apart of a ceremony where the buddiest monk read out people's wishes and bang the drum 😍🥰and prayed it was so symbolic. Josh was always checking up on us to. I can't recommend him enough. We heard we've been the youngest people on his tours 🥰honestly an honour. We will be back in Japan in hopefully six years time and have more time and with our friend. 🥰🥹For longer. Today was also my husband's birthday. So everything about this day was special. "

"Joshua was kind enough to meet the 4 of us at the cruise ship terminal and we visited the Hakata old town and a couple of Buddhist Temples. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. There were many!! He then took us to a Ramen House so we could try the local ramen. Great experience. When we were finished he took us back to our ship. Joshua was excellent and catered to our various needs in regards to what we wanted to see and the pace. I would definitely recommend him if you are visiting Hakata. "

Jessica was quick to determine what kind of stuff we wanted to see, do and know in the time we had and within minutes it felt like a long time friend was showing us around-all the while maintaining a professional and respectful and good humoured manner.
