I loved the places we visited (all the store owners were welcoming and kind) and Hieu always went above and beyond to ensure I had the best time possible. Hieu has great english and answered all the questions I had for him. "Our bike tour of Hoi A was an absolute highlight of our trip to Vietnam! Our guide, Tam, was exceptional. His knowledge of the local area was impressive, and he shared his passion for the area with us in a way that made us feel like locals. We loved exploring the Hoi A countryside on bike, visiting charming villages and meeting local artisans. It was fascinating to see traditional crafts being made firsthand. The food stops were incredible! We tasted so many delicious and authentic dishes that we would never have found on our own. Tam was incredibly patient and accommodating, especially with our kids.
