One of the highlights was visiting small local restaurants and street food spots that most tourists would never find - places that often aren’t even easy to find on Google, yet serve some of the best food we’ve had in Vietnam. What made the tour even more special is that we kept returning to many of the places Lien showed us whenever we came back to Hanoi during our trip. That alone says everything about how good her recommendations were. Beyond the fantastic food, Lien shared so much knowledge about Vietnamese culture, traditions, daily life, and the stories behind the dishes. Her passion for Hanoi and its food scene is truly contagious. Most importantly, Lien is an incredibly warm, friendly, and genuine person. She made us feel welcome from the very first minute and turned what could have been “just a food tour” into one of the highlights of our entire Vietnam journey.
