"My girlfriend and I had a lovely trip with Hang. Hang took us to a nice and quiet local fishing spot where we fished and had lunch. Unfortunately we did not catch any fish, but we had 4 bites. Hang was helpful and very passionate and during lunch we shared stories and anecdotes. Hang gave us tips on where to go during our stay in Hanoi. Can warmly recommend!"

"We loved our escape to Ning Binh with Ruby! She took us to all the places we wanted to see and adapted the tour to our wishes :) She brought us to eat goat meat for lunch and came with us on the boat tour so she could explain us more about the amazing nature of Trang An! The drive to Ninh Binh was long but Ruby’s driver was great and the car was comfortable! Definitely recommend booking with Ruby!!"

"Strangely, we were having trouble finding a local guide who would show us around Ninh Binh, not starting and ending the tour in Hanoi. We were staying in Ninh Binh already, and the only guide who would agree to pick us up at our hotel (Jiva Hoa Lu) was Tuyen. He even arrived the night before and stayed in town to be sure he wouldn’t be late meeting us at our hotel the next morning! And he brought a driver so he could devote his undivided attention to us! We spend from 9am - 5pm with Tuyen hitting ALL the highlights of Ninh Binh region. Tuyen tailored the tour to our desires, as well. He took care of all the details and had connections with locals everywhere, allowing our time to be stress free and fun. He was GREAT! We strongly recommend him for your trip! — Scott and Doug"

"Had the pleasure of booking a private one day tour with Tuyen (pronounced Twin) to Halong bay. Right from the start I knew it was going to be a great trip. Twin contacted me before the trip to ask us what we were interested in doing on the tour. He gave us some options and then offered advice after we discussed our desires. It was truly a unique trip exactly what we wanted and hoped for. Twin picked us up at our hotel in a new SUV that was big and comfortable for the ride to Halong. Twin told us about Vietnam and its history during the ride to Halong. The time flew by. When we arrived he escorted to our private boat for the day. We departed seconds after boarding. Lunch was amazing both the vegetarian option for my wife and the Vietnamese food for me. And, of course, the bay was beautiful, worth the drive over from Hanoi. I can’t think of a better way to see the bay. Highly recommend Tuyen as a guide."

"Ruby was fantastic from start to finish.We contacted her last minute and she was able to put together a 3 day program overnight. we were traveling with my 88 year old mother and Ruby was so thoughtful and kept her company while we did some of the more strenuous walking stops. she was able to last minute arrange a speed boat to bring us back early to the harbor at Ha long Bay which cut 2 hrs on the trip. She was very adaptable and conscience of my mother's fatigue levels.I highly recommended her services. "
