"Ruby was fantastic from start to finish.We contacted her last minute and she was able to put together a 3 day program overnight. we were traveling with my 88 year old mother and Ruby was so thoughtful and kept her company while we did some of the more strenuous walking stops. she was able to last minute arrange a speed boat to bring us back early to the harbor at Ha long Bay which cut 2 hrs on the trip. She was very adaptable and conscience of my mother's fatigue levels.I highly recommended her services. "

"Toan was an amazing host during my trip, he kindly helped arrange all outings and was accomodating to my change to the schedule which was to leave me in Ninh Binh. The canal boat tour was really nice, we saw lots of wildlife, including many Langurs, and Toan helped me to understand the geography and the local area. Was patient and helpful when climbing lying dragon mountain even in extreme heat, and our lunch in Ninh Binh was fantastic, very clean, fresh, and local food with no other westerners in the place.
