"We had such a great experience going on two tours with Ruby. The “10 tastings of Hanoi” and the “off the beaten track tour”. Ruby was so nice and knowledgeable, our whole group (6 adults and a 12 year old) had such a great time we didn’t want her to leave. We HIGHLY recommend doing the “off the beaten track tour” with Ruby first thing in Hanoi, as this was definitely one of the highlights for all of us.
