"We took two trips yesterday with Lien on our first full day in Hanoi - we couldn’t have had a better host or a more perfect introduction to Hanoi. In the morning we took the Coffee Culture Walking Tour. Illness on our part meant we had to request last minute alterations, which Lien accommodated seamlessly! The tour involved a wonderful stroll around the Old Quarter including some very enjoyable coffee stops - the ginger coffee in particular was exceptional! In the evening we took the Drinks & Bites tour. Still suffering, Lien again adjusted the tour to start closer to our hotel. The tour was an amazing experience of the sights, sounds and tastes of Hanoi in the evening. The coconut ice cream was a highlight. Lien was a perfectly charming host - whose love for Hanoi shines through, providing a great introduction to our visit. "

Ruby was so knowledgeable and passionate about her birth place in stunning Hanõi. The different local street foods were of the scale. As l use a wheelchair, she was extremely attentative that l was safe at times and also asking my husband Simon, if she could help him with carrying our bags. The tour was breathtaking.
