"We had a great time with Hang. She showed us round Hanoi, found out what we wanted to see and built that into the tour. She showed us how to cross the roads, helped us book for the water theatre the next day and recommended places to eat. We wanted to see train street and a train came by, she said that was a coincidence as there are only 2 a day and it never happens. She spoke about some of the history of Hanoi and showed us a market. We saw Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and she explained how important he was to her country. She took us for egg coffee. We would recommend booking Hang for a tour of Hanoi. "

"We were very impressed with our guide Trang who met us at our hotel and travelled with us out into the suburbs of Hanoi, where we wandered the wonderful food and produce markets and then visited apartments where everyday Vietnamese people live. This was very illuminating and something not many visitors to Vietnam experience. Trang gave us so much valuable information about local life in a relaxed manner. We enjoyed tea at a very special tea shop in a peaceful street and by chance were invited to meet a master calligrapher and try our hand at this ancient classic art.
