"We had a 24 layover in Hanoi in July 2026. Lien asked our interests and created a lovely itinerary for us. Yes, you can walk through the Old Quarter on your own but she explained the history, what each street sold, and took us into a home for snacks and drinks. We took photos by the lake, saw temples, learned about the religious culture and saw Ha Loa prison. We booked for three hours but she kindly extended the time for us. My daughter was worried about the heat, so Lien organized the tour with some indoor and outdoor. My daughter had no issues. Lien knows so much about this city and had answers to all our questions-she really loves this city and her work. Super recommend her. "

"Lien was the perfect introduction to Vietnam - and especially to Hanoi. Since it was our very first time in Vietnam, we booked this tour for our first day, and it couldn’t have been a better decision.
