I loved the places we visited (all the store owners were welcoming and kind) and Hieu always went above and beyond to ensure I had the best time possible. Hieu has great english and answered all the questions I had for him. "Our bike tour of Hoi A was an absolute highlight of our trip to Vietnam! Our guide, Tam, was exceptional. His knowledge of the local area was impressive, and he shared his passion for the area with us in a way that made us feel like locals. We loved exploring the Hoi A countryside on bike, visiting charming villages and meeting local artisans. It was fascinating to see traditional crafts being made firsthand. The food stops were incredible! We tasted so many delicious and authentic dishes that we would never have found on our own. Tam was incredibly patient and accommodating, especially with our kids. "I chose Diem as my guide because of all the amazing reviews and ratings she had garnered over time. At first, I was unsure of what to expect since guides are individuals with very different styles. But I am one who is always open to different personalities as I travel. As they say, different colours make a palette! "We had an amazing tour with Thao. She was fantastic company with great knowledge of Hoi An (food, culture, things to do and see). The food was outstanding and she really catered to our tastes and we had 3 boys of 15, 13 and 11 with us. She still managed to mix adventure with food they would happily eat. "What a way to spend the evening, wondering the streets of Hoi An, with Thao, a local guide with some much knowledge of the town, the region, its people and its food. Thao took us to all the places the locals go, to see the best of Hoi An’s food culture, and it did not disappoint. Coupled with her knowledge of the history & some more recent goings on, this tour was awesome.
