"My wife and I took a layover tour with Sandy Nat on 18 January 2025. Sandy was very good in communicating with us prior to arriving. He monitored our arrival and met us at a convenient airport location. Having arranged it ahead of time, they were prepared to accommodate our luggage in their vehicle as we toured the city. They then dropped us at our departing terminal with ample time to check-in and pass thru security. Sandy was an excellent tour guide. He was patient with our questions and extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city. We saw all the sights advertised and had several short walking tours. He purchased some local light street food for us to try and it was excellent. While Sandy was our tour guide, he had another partner who drove the vehicle, allowing us to walk areas and get picked up later. This maximized our time by not worrying about parking and back-tracking to the vehicle. We would highly recommend Sandy as your Dubai tour guide. "

The desert portion of the tour was unlike anything we’ve done before. Doing the dune bashing was an unforgettable experience along with the Dune Buggy ride and holding a falcon!"

"We did the Abu Dhabi day trip with Sandy Nat and driver Ranju. We were picked up promptly at the arranged time and set off from Dubai to explore Abu Dhabi. We had requested specific stops for our tour which were accommodated by Sandy. So you can make this tour bespoke. Sandy is extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. We started off at the Grand Mosque (and so helpful that Sandy had made all the arrangements so we were able to fast track entry) which was stunning and so beautiful. Sandy shared so much information on the building of the mosque and each area’s significance which made this visit truly memorable. Our next stop was the Emirates Hotel (former palace) and along the drives we were also able to see specific sights that Sandy pointed out (which we were not aware of) - such as the seven buildings that are designed to look like the five fingers of a hand. Next stop was Heritage Village for a self guided tour of the humble beginnings of the first ruler of the UAE. Enroute to lunch we passed a few more sights and also saw the new palace from across the ocean (overlooking a bay). We stopped for lunch at Al Mrzab for truly Emirati cuisine (which is also recommended by the Michelin Guide). The afternoon consisted of a stop at the date market and the Louvre museum. We toured the museum which happened to also house several works of art by renowned artists Money, Manet, and Renoir (without the lines like the French Louvre). The final stops included driving through Ferrari World and the parks on Yas Island. We did not wish to stop here but they can be added to one’s itinerary. The day was packed with activities we chose and we continued to learn about the Emirati culture from Sandy during the drive back to Dubai. "On vacation I want to make the most of my time, I appreciate well organisation and punctuality, a busy day with lots of information and experiences to take back. I got all I wanted!! Communication from the beginning was easy and the right amount of sharing was done. Sandy was very helpful in customising a second excursion and we really enjoyed his proposals for day 2. Even though it was Ramadan the places we visited have been lively and mostly open. And a spontaneous workaround for the ones that had been closed was found. We enjoyed the private walk and taste tour and the little shopping that was involved !!! And we also enjoyed the private dessert safari with quad bike add on (suggest to always go outside of the gate into the real dunes with a guide!) Thanks for a wonderful experience to both of you! "

"We had an absolute wonder of a day in Abu Dhabi! We throughly enjoyed it and were very happy with the itinerary. We saw the mosque, which was magnificent. Our son took a small tour on a camel, which was a lovely treat. We saw lots of other things as well and had a wonderful lunch at the fish market. "For our first visit to Dubai, my wife and I wanted to do an individual city tour. During our search, we quickly became aware of Gomez and Sandy's interesting-sounding and highly rated tours. From the start, the contact was first class, very quick and super friendly. After we had described what we had in mind, we were suggested the tour "Dubai in a Day - Ancient & Modern city Experience", which actually suited us perfectly. Sandy was our guide and was accompanied by an excellent and very nice driver. The two of them picked us up from our hotel at the agreed time in a new and sparkling clean car and gave us a great impression of old and new Dubai over the next 6 hours. Sandy answered our numerous questions patiently and competently and reacted completely flexibly to our wishes. For lunch he chose a wonderful Arabic restaurant right on Dubai Creek for us (Bayt Al Wakeel), which is really recommended: great, inexpensive food and very friendly staff. If we had wanted to eat something else, that wouldn't have been a problem, as Sandy also offers food tours and therefore knows a lot of great restaurants. We will do the food tour on our next visit to Dubai. We were thrilled with the day and can only say positive things. Thank you so much, Sandy!"
