Emre is a very kind and sympathetic guide who likes to blend with the group (he remembered al our 9 names after 1 introduction!) and understands how to create a mixture of a great food experience but also some local and historical perspectives with the perfect dose of humor. He had an answer to basically every question we had and his English language is like a native speaker. Upfront I was most nervous about the 4-hour duration of the tour would be too much, but we all enjoyed every minute of it! "
