We were treated to sites and information that the regular tourist would not know about or have access to: rooftop view of the Grand Bazaar, where to find the best doner or bakery at the Grand Bazaar, and the history of the Grand Bazaar. Mine took us to shops that had been at the Grand Bazaar for generations and introduced us to the owners/artisans - we took tea with one of the shop owners. We felt no pressure to make purchases."

"Diana is warm friendly and helpful. She listens to what you want and delivers. I got the best of everything in Istanbul in just a few hours. Diana has relationships with top notch vendors offering unique hand crafted products. My plane and transport were late but Diana happily waited for me. She's very patient when I was making decisions. She follows up with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Shopping in Istanbul is overwhelming so I'd highly recommend Diana to simplify/sort it out for you. It's worth every penny. She also knows and pays for the fast transportation which is yet another bonus that would cost you a lot of time and money in taxis. "

She has done the work to vet the vendors and ensure they are selling hand made items produced in Turkey, and she can navigate the Grand and Spice bazaars blindfolded. "Esra was lovely and full of information about the monuments and city. She was helpful with booking hammam and lunch for us and stayed until she joined another tour. It was my favorite carpet shop I've been to in T\u00FCrkiye as they care about supporting the craft and not super pushy. I was thankful to get into Byzantine cistern in the group line saving time and you don't need to buy ahead. Overall a great time and Esra is so accommodating, she felt more like a friend by the end of the tour. Highly recommend choosing Esra!"
