"Marten customized a tour for us - he met us at the Anne Frank house and walked us to the Riks museum, giving us a sense of Amsterdam history and culture. Then he guided us through the Riks so we saw some of the most important pieces. It’s such a huge museum that we would have just wandered around aimlessly! We also included a coffee and apple pie stop in our time together - it was great day. Don’t hesitate to book Marten when you are in Amsterdam. "

Excellent, Informative, Delightful Guide
"Sebastian was personable and informative and it is clear that he loves his job. The tour was something different than your typical Amsterdam city tour and I'm glad we took it. It is interesting to learn more in-depth about a topic I was only passingly familiar with. We also got a good bit of city history and a few tastes of the city as well. My first time having Suranamese cuisine!"
"Marten was ill so Sebastian took his place. Sebastian was very friendly and very informative. He showed us many interesting buildings and sites as we requested. He was generous with his time and I would highly recommend Sebastian as a tour guide."

Little did we know there was so much history in the day and that the coffeehouse don’t sell coffee!! Arunabha explained the history of the red light district to today. Fascinating!!!"

"We took a 4 hour tour. The first half was a walk around Amsterdam while Marten shared his vast knowledge of the history of the city and other interesting facts. Then he took us through the Van Gogh Museum. Marten had so many wonderful stories and facts about Van Gogh. He provided us with a great afternoon and we would highly recommend touring with this charming, well informed man!
