He tailored the tour to the preferences of our group. He asked for feedback and checked in with us on regular intervals and made us feel very welcome as visitors. We took part in a three hour walking tour that covered a large part of the city. We were tired from our flight so he showed us how to utilize the public transportation that helped us reduce the strain of the tour. And also presented us with some very interesting facts and history about the metro and historical uses of central station that we would have overlooked on our own. Including the bike storage facility below the station which was very cool to see. Afterwards he provided many suggestions for enjoying local shopping and food (you can’t miss the peppernuts shop!) He ended the tour with us enjoying a fantastic fondue experience, where we learned more about himself and his personal journey. This added a more natural and relaxed experience to end the tour. Would not hesitate to recommend Tommi as a guide for the city in what ever capacity you may want. He will do his best to help you find a total experience that will allow you to enjoy exploring and visiting this fabulous and beautiful city."

"We had a wonderful experience on the Highlights and Hidden Gems Tour with Tommi. We arrived in Amsterdam at noon and met Tommi at 1:30 p.m., and from the very beginning he made us feel welcome and comfortable in the city. One of the first things he did was give us an excellent introduction to Amsterdam's public transportation system. He guided us on the tram and then helped us navigate the bus and metro, making sure we felt confident using them on our own throughout our stay. Tommi also arranged a fantastic lunch at Merkelbach, which was truly a hidden gem and one of the highlight meals of our entire trip His knowledge of Amsterdam's history, culture, and unique character was impressive, and he shared it in a way that was engaging, informative, and enjoyable. What really set Tommi apart was his kindness and thoughtfulness. When we were caught in the rain, he literally ran off to buy us umbrellas. It was a small gesture that spoke volumes about the level of care he provides to his guests. The tour promised hidden gems, and Tommi himself turned out to be the greatest hidden gem of all. He is a true gentleman, knowledgeable guide, and genuinely wonderful person. We would highly recommend Tommi to anyone visiting Amsterdam and looking for an unforgettable experience."

"We arrived in Amsterdam around lunch time and Tommi took us to a lovely restaurant @ Huize Frankendael. We then proceeded to amazing hidden gems related to Anne Frank, Dam Square and Red Light district. Tommi also gave us tips about using the bus, tram and metro.
