She did an excellent job at explaining each dish to us, how to eat it the “Thai” way so we enjoy all the flavors, and even a bit about the history of Thailand and the people. "Wow, definitely recommend this tour if you are keen to discover the amazing variety of food on offer in Chiang Mai, warning … make sure to not eat anything before as you will try A LOT of food! We had discovered the city with May earlier and having chatted about the food we wished to try and some of the legendary food spots we had seen on social Media she had planned the perfect food tour, She expertly ferried us around in her car which also gave us a chance to see Chiang Mai at night. May took us to an amazing back street restaurant that specialises in Northern Thai dishes and showed us what to put with each dish and how to eat it. At my request we had stewed pork from the cowboy hat lady, clay pot cooked pork and chicken at Nengs and sweet treats at a night market of course finishing off with mango sticky rice. The most amazing evening. May was a delight to be with. If you love food and are adventurous definitely book this tour. "
