"We’ve booked the tuktuk-boat trip with our 11 year old daughter. I chatted with Tai to customize the trip a bit and share with her our interests and places we had already visited (it was our 3rd trip to Bangkok). It was very nice that she responded so fast to my messages. Tai provided us with a perfect customized trip. She surprised us with a craft workshop for our daughter (she loved it), feeding animals at the temple and she explained the Buddhist rituals in a way that was interesting for us and for my daughter. She was very good in making it interesting for both adults and kids. The visit to the local market was fun and she selected some great food snacks for us to try. We had a wonderful afternoon and loved the combination with the boat tour through the klongs. Tai’s English is very comprehensive which made talking to her easy. She lives and grew up in the area, so she knows the locals and her way around."

"We loved our time with Tuangtip. She has a warm and engaging personality, and is also very organised. We felt hosted: everything was organised, she had paid for everything: boat, tuk tuk, fish food, turtle food. It was well coordinated and engaging for the kids. As we had seen a lot of temples, we asked not to visit Wat Arun, and she adjusted nicely by taking more time on the boat and in the artist village. "We booked the visit of the klongs with Tuangtip. What a wonderful experience! We had a Boat for ourselves. À family of four! Tuangtip is really local and as such very knowledgeable, replying to all questions and provisions lots of interesting and fun information. The visit to the Artist’s house is really nice, giving you an idea of the inside of the wooden houses. Cherry on the cake was that the girls could make bracelets (with loads of choice of beads). Our girls lived feeding the fish … at a spot where we were really the only ones with loads of fish. Tuangtip then arranged for an old style tuk-tuk trip. Tuangtip was very available also while we were preparing our holidays, which was really reassuring. I would recommend With Locals and will definitely use it again myself."

"We had an unforgettable private tour through Bangkok with our amazing guide, Aoi. The experience started with a fun and breezy TikTuk ride through the bustling streets of Bangkok and Chinatown, followed by a visit to the vibrant flower market. From there, we boarded a private longboat and cruised along the river, passing riverside homes, local businesses, and temples. One of the highlights was stopping to feed the catfish—a surprisingly fun and memorable moment! We also visited the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, which was even more impressive than we expected. Aoi guided us through the temple grounds, sharing the stories and meanings behind the statues, pagodas, and panels. She even pointed out a panel painted by her friend’s mother, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. To wrap up the day, we enjoyed cool drinks at a rooftop bar with an incredible view of the river and Bangkok skyline. Throughout the tour, Aoi took tons of photos for us, helping us capture memories we’ll treasure. This tour was the perfect way to end our time in Bangkok. When we return, we’ll absolutely book another tour with this company—and hopefully with Aoi again!"
"Araya is a very knowledgeable guide, at the same time able to get "dry" historical information across in an entertaining and didactic way. Also, I learned a lot of individual life background and every day life in Bangkok. Visiting the Or Toe Kor food market and joint lunch after the tour with the public transport boat was a great way of finishing the 1/2 day tour. I can only recommend a guided tour with Araya."
