He had some really good jokes and gags which kept things flowing all night. We learned how to cook four dishes: Mango-Coconut Sticky Rice, Tom Yum Soup, Green Curry, and Pad Thai. We got a special addition: a “magic” honey-lime drink! I won’t spoil the magic, but it was very cool! The instructions were easy and Chef Oat’s demonstrations made learning the preparation techniques easy.
