"Anna was so great that we booked her for a second day of touring outside of town in Lavaux. In Geneva, she took us to the tourist must stops like the fountain and statues, but we got there on a ferry boat, and we had a chocolate stop and cheese tasting at the end. She assisted with trains, dinner reservations, and had detailed history throughout. She speaks English very well, but also speaks another three languages if needed. She is a top-notch guide."

"Myself and my wife were visiting Geneva for the first time and didn’t really know a lot about it. The service Shiva provided was superb. She kept in contact regularly with us beforehand and met us in our hotel lobby to commence our tour from there. We went places and saw things that we would never have found on our own. She also told us other places to visit whilst we were there and took us to the train station to show us how to purchase our tickets to get to some of these places. Great tour showing us both the historic side of Geneva and even the chocolate shops. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. would highly recommend using Shiva for your tour. "

"It's always fun to explore a city new to at least some of your traveling group, so doing things like either a guided walking or Hop On/Hop Off tour is a good starting point. For a mostly compact city such as Geneva, the guided walking tour was the way to go. Our hostess Adriana met us at a nearby park to start our food outing, which covered pastries, chocolate(!!!) and fondue as we navigated the city. We learned a lot about Switzerland broadly and its diversity across the French, German and Italian heritage, as well as the smallish group that makes up its fourth official language, Romansh. We also learned that Geneva is the workplace to tens of thousands of French that commute in from across the border each day. Absolutely recommend such a tour and with someone as knowledgable and pleasant as Adriana."
