Insightful tour, lovely lady
"We did two tours with Maria: a general guide around the centre of Valencia taking in (amongst others): Central Market; Silk Exchange; the palace housing the ceramics museum as well as a number of churches.
The second, foodie tour focussed mainly around the narrow streets of the northern central part of the city (Barrio del Carmen) taking in on the way the Cathedral and Basilica, Parroquia de San Nicolas and Torres de Serranos.
We thoroughly enjoyed Maria’s description of the buildings as well as some of the city’s history. We had three food stops taking in, amongst others, a small former pharmacy turned into a bar"
"We had a great tour, got a lot of information about the local buildings and history with the best tapas we had in town. Would highly recommend."

Experience not to be missed.
"This was a fantastic choice and would do it again. We learned some of the history of Valencia and of the foods we ate. We tasted food that we otherwise would not have known to try. Maria made us feel comfortable and she was very informative. I recommend Maria and this delicious food tour!"
"Danny was very accommodating of my mum's mobility issues and we made several stops during the tour, trying several local specialities and learning a lot of background about the city and its food. Danny is very easy to talk to and gave us some great recommendations for the rest of our trip too!"

Old city and great food
"Valentin was incredible giving us some history of Valencia as well as taking us to taste and drink things we might not have normally tried. Horchata is a must and the tomato salad with the dried tuna on top. Yummy!"

"Excellent tour with Maria. She brought passion, years of knowledge and great conversation to our tour. Food selections were plentiful and highlighted Valencian nuances of Spanish cookery. "
