"Our food tour in Seville with Elena was truly one of the highlights of our trip. She went above and beyond to not only share amazing food with us but also to educate us along the way. We loved how she used her iPad to show us photos and historical context—it really brought the stories of Seville to life.
Elena’s thoughtful selection of stops made us feel like we were getting incredible value for our time and money. We tasted dishes we might not have discovered on our own (like the unique blue tomatoes!) and gained a deeper appreciation for the local culture. One of our favorite parts was exploring the Triana market, where Elena explained how locals shop and use the market in daily life.
By the end of the tour, we felt like we had both learned so much and truly experienced Seville through its food. Elena’s knowledge, passion, and kindness made this tour unforgettable—we can’t recommend her enough!"
"Jose Andres was a wonderful guide. Very attentive to our dietary restrictions and informative. As he walked us through the different neighborhoods he pointed out different local shops and restaurants highlighting what they were best known for. He was funny and kept us and our daughters engaged from the moment we met up with him. Along the way, he even offered assistance to others who were looking for direction or places to eat. He was very generous with his recommendations. We all enjoyed his stories, local shops and foods he introduced us to.. By the end of the tour we all agreed it felt like we had been taken around the city by a friend more than a guide."

High-Octane Tour You’ll Never Forget!
"Wow. Just… wow. If you’re heading to Seville and want more than just a walk through the Alcazar—book this tour. Trust me, it’s not your average sightseeing stroll. This was an all-out, immersive experience, led by none other than Laura, a brilliant doctoral candidate in Andalusian history. And let me tell you—Laura is the real deal.
From the first minute, she pulled us into the story of Seville with the energy of a blockbuster opening scene. We explored the winding lanes of the historic Jewish Quarter, where the walls whispered centuries of layered culture and resilience. Laura painted the past with such vivid detail, it felt like we had stepped into a different time.
Then came the the Alcazar. This place is stunning on its own, sure, but with Laura as your guide? It’s on another level. She unpacked every arch, garden, and tile with insight and emotion. Islamic art, royal intrigue, layers of power and politics—she wove it all together effortlessly, and we hung on every word. It was cinematic. It was epic.
And finally— Seville Cathedral—a towering marvel. Laura didn’t just point out facts, she revealed secrets. She explained the symbolism, the stories behind the architecture, and how the cathedral connects to the city’s complex history. And just when we thought the tour had already peaked, she took us to the Archivo General de Indias and the Torre Giralda, slipping in stories about explorers, empires, and hidden chapters of Andalusia.
Laura’s storytelling, her passion, her kindness—it all made this tour unforgettable. And the best part? She tailored everything to our pace and questions, making the experience feel deeply personal.
This wasn’t just a history tour. This was a full-throttle cultural mission. Seville came alive, and we left feeling inspired, connected, and hungry for more. If you want the real Seville—the heart, the history, the hidden gems—do not miss this tour.
Mission accomplished, Laura. Thank you."

Alcazar+Alba=ideal
"Alba picked us up at the hotel and guided us along the Jewish quarter to the Alcazar. We spent the rest of the morning discovering the palace and its garden under her expert lead. And we will cherish the polaroid picture she took from us - such an original and touching gesture! Muchas grácias, Alba!"
"Elena is energetic and good natured. She showed me areas of Seville from a different perspective. Then I had the food and lots of it. She brought me to several locally owned restaurants where I sampled local foods, including 6 different types of cheeses, several variations of pork dishes, squid, mushrooms, and a unique dessert, all paired with wines and a special, spiced Vermouth with the desert."
"We did the walking tour of the Alcazar and sourrounding with Alba and it was amazing. Alba waited for us with a smile in the placa in fronte of the Alcazar and we went right in (we went at 10.00). From the moment we walked in, we were amazed by the architecture but most of all by the history and anecdotes that Alba told us! She was very knowledgeable, funny and nice and it was a pleasure listening to her. After the Alcazar we went to the Jewish quarter and after some more amazing stories and tips we finished the tour.
I can’t recommend Alba enough, book her and you will have the best insights of Sevilla! "
"We loved our tapas tour with Cecilia. She took us to places where we were the only tourists and the food was absolutely fabulous. We also enjoyed comparing life in our different cities and enjoying a sherry or two too."
"Laura is an informed and engaging guide who added a huge amount to our time in Sevilla. Her familiarity with the history, character and buildings in and around the Alcázar was excellent and she shared the colour with us in a way that brought the visit to life."
"Cecilia gave us the kind of tour you hope for but almost never get. It was just me, my wife, and her — no crowds, no umbrellas to follow, just real conversation, some amazing food, and a walk through Seville with someone who actually lives it.
We booked the tour during Feria, and instead of sprinting through monuments, we went for a more laid-back vibe: eat some good food, see the city, and get to know our guide a little. Cecilia nailed it. She's passionate, full of stories, thoughtful, and funny — the kind of person who drops knowledge mid-conversation without making it feel like a lecture. Also, she was genuinely surprised to learn we’re grandparents, which we’ll be riding high on for a while.
Toward the end of the tour, we happened to walk through a quiet street just as the Feria fireworks finale kicked off. Cecilia led us to the bridge where everyone gathers to watch — an incredible, unexpected moment. Not saying she planned it… but she’s a musician, so we’re guessing her timing was no accident.
Bottom line: book her. Unless you’re deeply opposed to great company and cool experiences."
