"Laura was friendly, warm and so easy to talk to. We felt like we were exploring the city with a friend. My mum and I are sensitive to gluten, but Laura was happy to tailor our tour to suit. Sadly for Laura, many of the places she had planned to take us were closed (she couldn't have known) but she did what she could to make sure we still had a great afternoon and we tried some of the beautiful food that Bilbao had to offer.
