"Antonio was the perfect guide four our day trip to Tarragona. We could tell he takes a lot a pride in the history of this region. We made a few side trips to sites that many just pass without knowing the full extent of their importance. We learned so much about the Roman Empire history and toured the ruins around the city; even the hidden ones. He also recommended an amazing spot for lunch on the drive back in a city on the coast where he spent time as a youth. It was one of the best meals so far on our trip. We would definitely recommend any tours with Antonio and he has many options. "

"We hired Elvira for two different events, a food tour and a trip to Montserrat followed by a winery visit. Elvira was a class act! She was friendly, welcoming, warm and very informative. We were a multigenerational group, and Elvira was able to meet all our needs. She displayed strong problem-solving skills when obtaining a car seat for our youngest member and getting grandma a closer look at the Black Madonna at Montserrat. During the food tour Elvira walked us around the food market where we tasted lots of regional delights. Elvira explained food and drink customs, and we dined at a traditional bodega and a family-owned sweets shop. During our trip to Montserrat, Elvira provided historical information about the site and its significance through the ages. She walked us through the museum, including a stroll through the art wing which housed an impressive collection. The location was stunning, and she helped us take some lovely family pictures. We continued the day at a local family-owned winery where we enjoyed learning more about wine production and sampled Spanish wines while munching on tasty snacks. Elvira was gracious, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable throughout. I would highly recommend Elvira as a guide for your travels in Spain."
