"Ellie was prompt and enthusiastic about Gaudi’s Park Güell, Família Sagrada. Prior to booking this tour I was under the illusion I could walk between the two sites but am glad she suggested a taxi for our family of five. Ellie was full of interesting information and context. She communicated well our meeting location. The only downsides were completely on my end- we booked the tour for the heat of the day, on the first day of our trip- a bit jet lagged, and my youngest child got sick. Ellie was gracious and flexible to expedite part of our tour to accommodate a sick kiddo. We ended our tour early but are so grateful to see two important sites in Barcelona. A guide like Ellie is essential to get the full experience and context of sites like these. While Ellie did not accompany us into the park or church, it allowed us to move through at our own pace and did not detract from the experience at all. "Excellent English, but we didn’t get a feeling of personal connection as we do with other guides. He knows his facts but we felt rushed through Park Güell, don’t remember even seeing the Gaudí House museum. Nice tour of Sagrada Família but it was over before the advertised time, like he was just rushing to get to his next gig. Not great value for the money."

"Had an excellent tour with Ellie- originally from the USA, she’s lived in Barcelona for 20 years and is truly a local, but without any language barriers! She was engaging, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. The time flew by and only wished we had more time together!
