"The most striking part of Philippe's tour was how well he engaged all members of our group. We ranged in age from 4 to 71. Philippe made sure that he had something interesting to say, and to show, to all of us. He had a great rapport with the youngest members, getting them to name the dragons we found. He would not let them name one of them \"Bob\", a decision I agree with wholeheartedly! He made the little ones laugh, and he made us older types laugh as well.
