He crafted a careful itinerary after consulting us before we arrived what are goals were so we could make the most of our time. He took us to both popular, well-known locations and a few off the beaten path which we appreciated very much. He was careful, attentive, and ensured we were comfortable throughout. His stories, knowledge, and enjoyment in seeing first-time visitors discover Seoul was evident and he is a wonderful ambassador! We will be taking another tour with him next week to the DMZ and are looking forward to it!"
