"Wow, this tour with Lučka was the best that we could have imagined! My family and I just arrived into the country the night before, and this tour was the perfect way to start our trip. She showed us around to the key city highlights, shared interesting historical facts and recommended some of the best places to eat ranging from the most affordable to the more expensive. Each of the food places that she recommended have been delicious! We were especially impressed with Lučka‘s friendliness and welcoming attitude. She is delightful and she truly is a great ambassador for Ljubljana and Slovenia. I highly recommend her and this tour. "

"Jaka was perfect and so very knowledgeable about his home town. We likely chatted him up too much but he didn't seem to mind. As with every WithLocals tour we have taken, we went to parts of the City that no guide book would ever take you to. The only down side was the weather which was completely out of everyone's control, though it made the refreshment breaks even more enjoyable. Thankfully, we booked a twi-night tour so while it was still very hot we didn't have the hot sun beating down on us! We recommend Jaka highly."

"My husband and I spent a fabulous 3 hours with Selma walking around Ljubljana. Selma immediately took us out of the touristy crowded old town to quiet, much more interesting parts of the city that we would never had discovered on our own. Selma has a warm and comfortable personality and we really felt we learned a lot - especially about the recent (post WW2 to present) history of the Slovian people and culture. Sometimes tourist guides just sound like they are reading off a script as if they’ve been doing this a long time. Not Selma! She was candid and open and an absolute delight to be with! "
"It was a lovely 3 hours spent with Selma who toured us around Ljubljana like a friend with care and attention. My boyfriend and I were completely open to her suggestions and she gave us a great overview of the city answering all our questions. Selma also made sure we had a list of things to do for the rest of our stay here. She was very knowledgeable in the history of the country and we loved learning about all the insights into the city, the people and life in general in Slovenia.
