"I booked the snorkeling with Kobus towards the end of my stay in South Africa - and it was the perfect end to my trip. He was a perfect host and guided me safely and relaxed through the water and the kelp forest - despite the not perfect visibility underwater ;). "My wife and I did the discover scuba dive experience with Kobus in Long beach in Simon’s Town. He made us feel at ease with the gear and what we were doing, we went 6 meters deep and practised the basic skills needed for this experience. He was very patient with us as it is really really hard work to deal with to inexperienced people underwater and he did it the best i could imagine, my wife tended to float and he was with her all the time, calming her down and helping her get the right breathing to stay down and she loved it! We even saw an octopus and three puffadder shysharks!. I would definitively recommend him to any of my friends who are scuba divers or anybody who wants to try the experience coming to Cape Town! "We had a great day with Kobus. The snorkelling in Simon's Town was amazing - the kelp forest is so beautiful and snorkelling through it feels like being in another world. We saw some sharks and a shy octopus:) Kobus gave us all the equipment for the snorkelling and explained everything to us beforehand. After the snorkelling, we visited the famous penguins of Simon's Town before heading back to Cape Town. We can highly recommend the tour with Kobus!"
