"Our guided walking tour with Constanca: she responded promptly to all prior email communications, fluent English, very knowledgeable of local and Portugal’s history, paced the tour to suit us, co-operated in arranging tour so as to provide bathroom breaks/pastry breaks/ arranging our tour to finish at excellent lunch restaurant. "Constança met us with some traditional pastries, then meat pastries and led us on a tour which included a bit of history as well as food. We were introduced to a restaurant serving more traditional Portuguese fare and we ate a dish that we probably would not have chosen without guidance! We all enjoyed it. We ended the night full but with just enough room for Santini's ice cream. Once again Constança was a friendly and interesting host, giving her personal insights to Portuguese cuisine.
