"We had an absolute blast on our tour with Rodrigo! Being raised in Sintra, his local knowledge and passion for the area truly made all the difference. He was incredibly informative, accommodating, and always attentive to our needs. Rodrigo tailored the pace perfectly and gave us all the freedom we wanted. We kicked off our day with delicious espresso and local pastry treats at Casa do Preto before exploring the National Palace of Pena. From there, we took in the scenic coastal views of Colares and Praia das Maçãs, making seamless stops along the way based on Rodrigo's great suggestions. He took us to an amazing authentic Portuguese restaurant for lunch, where we had the most incredible tender octopus with salted potatoes in olive oil, perfectly paired with local Vinho Verde (green wine). We also loved our relaxing beach breaks, especially stopping by "A Prancha" for refreshing Aperol Spritzes and Palomas situated above the water. Rodrigo gave us ample time to take photos and soak in the views at Cabo da Roca—the westernmost point of continental Europe—before wrapping up our day exploring Cascais and the dramatic cliffs of Boca do Inferno. Rodrigo’s warm, flexible, and attentive hospitality made this tour the absolute highlight of our trip. We couldn't have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend booking with him to anyone visiting Portugal!"
