She is patient, very knowledgeable. and answers questions clearly with the depth you want. It is obvious that she loves to share her country. She shared her perspectives on Portuguese history and politics and makes the time a real learning experience. The tours hit the important places, but Alexandra was careful not to oversaturate us with information. After the three-hour tour of Lisbon, we had a good feel for the layout of the city which made it easier to get around. The day tour around Sintra etc. provided a great snapshot of that part of Portugal. It was nice to see not just the historical places but the seashore and natural spaces as well. "After arriving from Canada, we had a great walking tour of Lisbon, mainly Alfama, with Lili. Her communication before and during the tour was excellent and we appreciate that she geared the walk to match our preferences. Lili even modified the start time to work around the weather which was much appreciated, as jet-lagged and soaking wet would not have been delightful. Lili imparted her wealth of knowledge of the history and culture of Lisbon and Portugal throughout the walk. The tour started at the highest point of Lisbon, enabling us to have a comfortable downhill walk the entire tour. Lili provided many restaurant and shopping recommendations which we followed and enjoyed. Lili went above and beyond by continuing the tour down to the arch even though we were almost an hour longer than planned.
