He knew such a wide range of history and fun facts about Lisbon, and especially the Jewish community that left us thinking and wondering more! He did a great job pointing out tips of places to go and ways to make the city more accessible (hidden elevators, escalators, etc.) and he was awesome to send us a detailed list of many more recomendations and followed up on the various things we spoke about. He was able to make the tour interesting for our 10 year old daughter and also was sensitive to the heat that day, and kept looking for spots with shade where we could talk comfortably.
