"Fabrizio gave us a really engaging tour of Cusco centre from a local’s perspective. He took us to the market, introduced us to some of the stall holders and arranged us to taste some locally produced chocolate. We then went to a local bar and guinea pig restaurant and tried some local beer before marching up some rather steep hills to take pictures in the best viewing spots. Throughout, Fabrizio explained the history of Cusco, local customs and prompted us to stop for photos in the best spots.
