"We've done 3 tours with Fabrizio - Sacred Valley, Cusco city tour and the 10 tastings of Cusco. We've had a great experience starting with the food tour as one of the first things we did in Peru. Fabrizio won't bring you to fancy restaurants and give you food no Peruvian would touch - he will instead give you the chance to try real local snacks, talk to you about the history and culture of his country and quickly turn into a local friend.
Do not hesitate to ask him for a favor in accomodating your tour schedule, we found him to be very flexible and supportive with the specifics of our case. Furthermore, he also adjusted the tours to fit our wishes, resulting in the ability to see more than initially planned.
We suggest that you book one tour with Fabrizio and take it from there - with all the tips and recommendations he could give you about Cusco. Ask a lot, be curious and connect! That's what we've done. "
